Physiotone at Home

We offer a monthly membership for access to our full library of ON-DEMAND Pilates classes (see below).
For £15 per month, your membership will include:

  • Access to member - exclusive content & resources including a large library of on-demand classes

  • Brand new workouts every month created to support women in movement & exercise to feel better, learn more about their body & what it needs to thrive.

  • Pelvic floor safe workouts, suitable for those struggling with incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse or working on pelvic floor recovery.

  • Access to live zoom workouts, Q&A events and first access to our workshops

  • Specific Postnatal classes developed and taught by Women’s Health Physiotherapist

  • Regular new content added - including full length classes and shorter workouts plus ‘focus workouts’ to target specific muscle groups, using singular pieces of equipment & routines such as “Pilates for Runners”

  • A members monthly memo for women curated by Women’s Health experts.

What’s Included?

Over 150 on-demand classes available to use in the Member’s Library. A growing collection of short ‘focus’ routines to improve your overall practice, work on common injury concerns or areas of weakness and enable you to fit sessions in around busy schedules.

New Monthly workouts are created and added to library with a specific focus on supporting womens health and wellbeing.
