Cardio Core is a blend of cardio and Pilates, built to work like a HIIT session but no impact exercises are required so it is safe for postnatal fitness or if you have any issues with your pelvic floor. Modified progressions include movement which helps to prepare your pelvic floor muscles for impact exercise if that is your goal. If you are already familiar with Pilates you should be able to start these straight away but be aware they will require a reasonable level of fitness.
