Complete Pregnancy Workout Plan

I created this plan during my own pregnancy, combining my expertise as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and a Pre/Postnatal specialist Pilates Instructor to ensure you have the tools and support to keep you feeling fit and healthy for the duration of your pregnancy.


The programme is based on the most up-to-date evidence for exercising throughout pregnancy and aims to help you achieve the recommended amount and types of exercise to support a healthy pregnancy.

  • 15 minute workout to help prevent and reduce Pelvic Girdle Pain

  • x2 40 minute Matwork Pilates Classes 

  • x1 30 minute Matwork Pilates class

  • x2 15 minute classes on the Pregnancy Ball (or combine them together for a 30 minute class)

  • 10 minute Relaxation session
