I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and an MSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Medicine, specialising in women’s health and advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause and pelvic health concerns, alongside treating complex musculoskeletal and sports injuries. As a member of the CSP and POGP and an APPI-qualified Pilates instructor, I combine clinical expertise with high-level rehabilitation to deliver precise, individualised care that helps you move with strength and confidence.

Alongside my clinical work I am also the co-author of The 360 Mama Guide to C-Section Recovery, and run a large online platform via The 360 Mama. I bring specialist insight and extensive experience in postnatal and performance rehabilitation to every stage of a woman’s life.
