Suitable for everyone, lots of focus on posture, stretching, release and gentle movement. We use breathwork a lot to increase the sense of release and to tap into your 'rest & restore' mode. It's really worth bearing in mind that good pelvic floor function relies heavily on good posture, effective thoracic mobility and diaphragm function, so while it can be tempting to always choose the 'harder' workouts when you want to see results - often it is this kind of work which is the missing piece of the puzzle when it comes to better core strength.
